Checking
1. Place the sterndrive unit in full DOWN/IN position.
2. Remove the fill cap from the reservoir and verify that the cap plug has been removed.
If not, remove and discard the cap plug.

3. Observe the oil level. Oil level should be maintained within the ADD and FILL or
MINIMUM and MAXIMUM lines on the reservoir.

4. Fill as necessary with the specified fluid.
